On January 31, 2023, Bai Songtao, Deputy Secretary of Yulin Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Yulin City, and Shi Hongyan, Vice Mayor of Yulin City, visited Huayou Guangxi to investigate the situation of project construction and production and operation. Liu Xiuqing, Vice President of Guangxi Huayou New Material Industry Group and General Manager of Huayou Guangxi Engineering Project, warmly received them and reported work to them.

Deputy Secretary Bai Songtao and his delegation visited the project construction site and production workshop to understand the project construction progress, product production process and other conditions through on-site inspection and hearing reports from relevant personnel. During the investigation, Deputy Secretary Bai Songtao carefully inquired about the difficulties and problems in the production and construction, and coordinated on the spot by putting forward relevant solutions.

For the problems existing in the construction and production of the project in the Industry Park, Deputy Secretary Bai Songtao said that we should adhere to the concept of "putting project first", go all out to focus on the projects and promote the stable growth of production, focus on the schedule, promote the completion of the project, put into production quickly, and achieve quick results, enhance our sense of "competition", maintain "rapid" state and "race" motivation, start fast, and strive to make a "good start" in the first quarter of 2023. Meanwhile, during project construction and production operation, we should build a first-class industrial park to achieve careful planning, superior construction, good operation, first-class industry and environmental friendliness, and enhance the carrying capacity of the industrial park and the core competitiveness of industrial development.
