In the context of global economic integration, a company's social image has become increasingly important. Integrity culture is not only the foundation of healthy corporate development but also a crucial safeguard for social harmony.

Recently, PLZ has launched a new chapter in promoting Huayou's integrity philosophy in Zimbabwe. Under the guidance of the Group Audit and Supervision Center, PLZ has gradually implemented localized integrity management and promotional measures in Zimbabwe.

Integrity management starts with the smallest details, with leaders setting the benchmark as practitioners and advocates of integrity. To this end, PLZ organized a special integrity training session for Zimbabwean supervisors, creating a vanguard to promote Huayou's culture of integrity.

In this training, 58 newly appointed Zimbabwean supervisors from the plant were the first to participate. The main speaker conveyed the importance of integrity, honesty, and self-discipline in an accessible way, drawing on personal experiences. The use of case studies not only had a powerful impact but also encourage supervisors to consciously resist the temptations of corruption.

This approach seeks to transform the concept of integrity into real actions, with each workshop conducting full staff training to establish anti-corruption defenses, elevate PLZ's standards of integrity and compliance, and drive Huayou's continued healthy development. This training marks the beginning of a localized anti-corruption journey in Zimbabwe.

PLZ employees are working together to build a culture of integrity, supporting Huayou's international growth. Integrity culture building is an ongoing, systematic project that requires coordinated efforts from all sides. PLZ is committed to strictly following the guidelines set by the Group Audit and Supervision Center, adapting them to local conditions to create a suitable action plan, and ensuring the effective implementation of all measures. The goal is to win this long-term battle, allowing Huayou's culture of integrity to take root and flourish in PLZ.

Moving forward, with all employees participating in integrity training and working collectively, we aim to foster a fair work environment, and help Huayou stride confidently toward a brighter, internationally-oriented future.
